Sugar Snap Peas

Fresh Sugar Snap peas are a rare find because it’s difficult to get seeds to germinate unless the soil is warm, but then the plants can not tolerate hot weather. We grow them in spring and fall only, so if you see them available, act soon! You’ll get 1 dry pint of fresh-picked-to-order peas (approximately 6 ounces by weight).
Sweet and crisp, they are great for snacking, raw in salads, stir-fried, or lightly sautéed.
