Jalapeño Peppers

We grow a jalapeño variety called Mammoth. You’ll see why they get that name when you see them, these jalapeños can get big! They make great jalapeño poppers and have a good diameter for making pickled jalapeño slices for nachos. One dry pint is approximately 6-8 peppers.
