German Red is the hard-neck garlic variety that we grow. We like the bolder flavor of this variety when used raw, and how it mellows to a sweet yet robust flavor when roasted. This garlic variety stores for up to 6 months when kept at 60-70 degrees and low humidity in a dark location. 3 bulbs per bundle.
